Organisational Structure

Our membership consists of volunteers. Our stakeholders include corporate and individual donors and NGOs. The Board of Directors of UWTT is an independent Board comprising outstanding leaders from the social and business sectors in Trinidad and Tobago who voluntarily serve in a personal capacity.

The UWTT Board of Directors assumes responsibility in partnership with full-time employees for ensuring UWTT’s long term financial and program stability. Each member is selected on the basis of his/her sound track record in community development, and because he/she shares UWTT’s corporate values of high ethics and integrity.
